We are a parent and family driven organization that empowers and supports people of all ages with a broad spectrum of emotional, intellectual and developmental disabilities. We work to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to be valued members of their communities, with the opportunity to realize their full potential and a future that is secure.

Arc GLOW offers a comprehensive set of programs, from preschool through end-of-life.

KidStart Children’s Services:  A vital resource for area children and families, including evaluation, early intervention, special services, HeadStart, and more.

Family Support & Education:  Includes Family Reimbursement, Behavior Supports, Family Education and Training, and other Family Support Services including assistance with eligibility for Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) services

Community Services:  Includes Community Habilitation Supported Living services, Recreation Respite, Self-Direction, and Hourly Respite Care

Adult Clinical Services:  A multidisciplinary approach to healthcare that provides individuals with access to a full spectrum of specialties.
Day & Vocational Services:  Includes a variety of programs including Supported Employment, multiple Day Habilitation programs, pre-vocational services to get people ready to work, the LIVES Program on the SUNY Geneseo campus, Community Connections, Assisted Competitive Employment for [people who do not qualify for OPWDD services but who see a mental health professional and who need assistance with employment

Residential:  A continuum of services to support all levels of independence, from houses with full time staff to apartment living.
Transportation:  Provides services throughout the 2,400 square miles of Genesee, Livingston, Orleans, and Wyoming Counties.
