Serves: Informal kinship caregivers, kinship custodians & guardians in Bronx & New York (Upper Manhattan) counties

Primary Goal is decreasing the number of children who enter foster care for first time, number of children who return to foster care, the length of time children remains in foster care, & the occurrence of abuse/neglect in the community.

• Mental Health services referrals
• Family Counseling referrals
• Health Services
• SNAP & Housing Assistance application assistance
• Legal Services through Mobilization for Justice
• Mentorship program – youth re-entering community after being in juvenile justice system
