Serves: non-parent caregivers w/ custody or those that are informally caring for child in Columbia & Greene as of 9/1/2024 (no longer serving Ulster)

Services include:

•  Case management and referral.
•  Community education for the families.
•  Support groups for caregivers.
•  Family engagement activities.
•  Support groups for children in program.
•  Short respite periods, as needed, for the caregivers.

Caregivers must enroll into the program – which is free of charge – to receive services
