The Mission of the Mental Health Association of Columbia & Greene Counties is to provide education and advocacy and to create opportunities that improve the mental health and well-being of individuals, families and communities.

Services include: The REACH Center Services; provides a 24-hour hotline for survivors of crime and/or abuse. Our Hot-Line services are provided by Staff and Volunteers who are trained to provide crisis counseling via phone and accompaniments for medical emergencies. Advocates are available to meet with survivors to provide guidance, emotional support, and coordination of services. Advocates act as a liaison between the survivor and other agencies and provide accompaniments for legal, medical and other necessary appointments.
