Service Eligibility: Northern Franklin including the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe & Eastern St. Lawerence counties residents

Services Include:

• Parent-Child Playgroups (Mondays through Thursdays 9:30 a.m. To 11:30 a.m.)
• Monthly Parent/Youth Support Groups
• Parenting Education Classes Nurturing Parenting, 12 week series, year-round rolling enrollment, call for info.
• Developmental Screenings
• Family Resource Information and Referrals
• Child and Adult Food Program (CACFP) CCCCNC is the CACFP sponsor agency for licensed/registered family day care homes and legally exempt child care providers in Franklin and eastern St. Lawrence Counties
• Advocacy services for kinship caregivers and post-adoptive families
• Themed social events
• Monthly respite care (2-3 hours depending on activity) for kinship caregivers and post-adoptive families
• Educational workshops (in-person and via zoom)
