Eligibility: Serves non-parent caregivers of children with no formal legal designation, legal custody, legal guardianship, and post-adoptive families, residing in New York City (Bronx, Kings (Brooklyn), New York (Manhattan), Richmond (Staten Island), Queens county).

Services Include:

• Comprehensive care management and coordination
• Caregiver support groups
• Activities and events (e.g. art group, holiday party, and an annual picnic)
• Parenting Journey is also available to Kings County (Brooklyn) caregivers.

Caregivers must enroll into the program – which is free of charge – to receive services
