The Youth Bureau is a department within County government that advances positive youth development. Our mission is to promote the well-being of all youth ages 0-21, to advance the moral, physical, mental and social development of youth through positive youth activities, and to encourage towns, villages, and not for profit agencies to provide youth activities by giving them funds and technical assistance.
