Service Eligibility: We serve kinship caregivers, foster kin, and youth and young adults and their families in Onondaga County. We especially support families who are or were involved with child welfare/CPS. Families may self-refer or be referred by partners; CPS involvement is not required for services.

Services Include:

• Information & Referral: Immediate needs support and warm connections to resources.
• Kinship Resource Center: Walk-in/scheduled guidance on all aspects of kinship care during office hours.
• Healing Through the Arts: Creative arts to strengthen family bonds. Open to all families. Eligible youth ages 13–21 may receive a stipend. Youth must be accompanied by an adult for at least two classes during each six-week session.
• Geri’s Grocery Deliveries: Monthly grocery support (every third Sunday) for enrolled member families.
