For over 30 years, the North Country Prenatal/Perinatal Council, Inc. (NCPPC) has been providing services in Jefferson, Lewis and St. Lawrence Counties of Northern New York. NCPPC is dedicated to strengthening maternal and family health by identifying service needs and improving access to care through community collaboration, education, and referral for the well-being of every woman, every child, every family. NCPPC provides a range of services including maternal and infant health home visiting programs, health insurance enrollment, and youth services.
