At the New York City Family Permanency Center, we provide adoptive and post guardianship families with engaging and beneficial support services. Our goal is to strengthen family relationships and functioning. We provide crisis and ongoing counseling services, referrals to community-based services, advocacy services, and informative workshops for parents and youth. We provide a wide array of services and are committed to meeting your family’s needs. Services Provided: These services can be provided in the home, community, and/or office. All services are available in English and Spanish.
