Serves: caregivers living w/ or providing care to a loved one/friend in Northern Bronx - districts 9 – 12

• Caregiver over age of 18 caring for loved one over age of 60
• Adults over age of 55 caring for disabled adult
• Kinship caregivers

Services:

• Advocacy, Assistance, Information & Referrals
• Assistance with Accessing Benefits & Entitlements
• Counseling & Emotional Support
• Educational Workshops (Open to the Public)
• Private Caregiver Support Groups
• Assistance with Funding and Purchase of Supplemental Items
• Short-Term Respite Services
