Service Eligibility: Broome, Chenango, Chemung, Cortland, Delaware, Otsego, Tioga and Tompkins County residents – Not all programs available in all eight counties – due to funding and which agency is providing grants. Caregivers can call to check their eligibility.

The PAL Center provides a safe, welcoming environment for over 300 families and caregivers each year. Families have opportunities to socialize, participate in activities, attend parenting classes, utilize on-site resources including a children’s clothing closet, and connect to local resources within the community.

Services Include:

• Supervised Visitation: A premier location for court appointed supervised visits and/or parents who seek to regain custody of their children, ages 0-5.  Although staff do not supervise the visits, PAL staff encourage positive interactions and help support the parents in their success.
• Parenting Classes: Call to register for the next available class.
• Clothing Closets
• Community Health Workers (CHW) program: Work one-on-one with caregivers with children ages 0-2 years.
