Serves: non-parent caregivers of children with no formal legal designation, legal custody, legal guardianship, and post-adoptive families, residing in Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, and Niagara County.

Services Provided:

• One to One Family Support and Case Management
• Family Engagement Activities & Social Events
• Educational Workshops
• Parent, Caregiver and Youth Support Groups (Dates TBD)
• Youth Respite Services

*Please note:  Services as detailed above are only available once you and your family are fully enrolled in PRC programming. Once enrolled, a Permanency Specialist can provide application assistance, financial resources and other critical supports.
