Clinton County Addiction Services offers a level of care treatment for substance abuse and dependency issues in adults and adolescents. They offer the level of care treatment after assessment of the client, so they are given appropriate treatment according to their addiction. They offer general outpatient counseling and intensive counseling services to the clients depending upon the diagnosis. The latter offers more hours of counseling to help clients with a higher level of addiction. Their outpatient addiction programs offer gender-specific and age-specific group support sessions to help with specified issues.
