This is a Permanency Resource Center (PRC) to serve post adoptive and post guardianship families. It cannot serve kinship families with custody or informal arrangements.

The Program enables children and their families to thrive in a wholesome, safe and loving environment. Caseworkers, Counselors, and Parent Advocates work together as a team to help protect the family’s rights, provide critical support services, increase the family’s engagement in case planning and decision-making, and provide access to community resources.

Serves Franklin, St. Lawrence, Jefferson, Lewis, and Oswego Counties.
