Serves: Legal Custodians & families w/ no legal designation in Monroe & Wayne counties (currently only one for Wayne County)

Note: Monroe County and Wayne County programs are both at full capacity and not able to accept referrals at this time.  Updates in status will be posted here, so please continue to check this information.

Services:

• Meeting in home to provide emotional support
• Provide referrals & connecting to services/resources (contact Laura Weaver for mor info on group)
• Offers invitations to monthly support & info groups
• Help applying for eligible financial assistance
• Connection to mental health services

Caregivers must enroll into the program – which is free of charge – to receive services
