Catholic Charities of Delaware, Otsego, and Schoharie Counties, a ministry of the Catholic Diocese of Albany, makes available a wide variety of services and programs to individuals and families who live in these three countries with special emphasis on the poor and vulnerable.

The Program and services available in Schoharie County include the following:

•  Caring Connections/Emergency Assistance
• Child At Risk Response Team (CARRT) Child Advocacy Center
• Child Fatality Review Team (CFRT) – offer prevention activities
• Clinical Support Services/Counseling
• Family Support Services
• Dispute Resolution Center
• Domestic Violence Services-Residential; non-residential; 24-Hour Hotline
•  Crime Victims Program
•  Food Pantry– in Cobleskill at 489 West Main Street and in Sidney at 21 Liberty Street. Appointments are encouraged. In general, families may utilize the pantry one time every 30 days. Two locations
• Housing Programs for homeless population
• Nutrition Outreach and Education Program– SNAP outreach apply for food stamps
