91 Broadway The Capital District Child Care Council is dedicated to providing resources to the community in order to improve the availability and quality of child care and to assist families in finding child care. As the local child care resource and referral agency (CCR&R) for New York’s Capital Region since 1989, the Council provides these resources to Albany, Saratoga, Schenectady, Fulton, Montgomery, and Rensselaer counties. Services Provided: Residential, special education, family foster care, children’s mental health, family preservation, and career development programs.
