Serve caregivers (both relative and fictive) who have been in care for 15 consequtive days, or are in an emergency situation. Will conduct and intake and refer caregivers to local kinship supportive services in the state. Callers seeking support should be the caregiver in fulltime care of the child(ren). When referred to local kinship support, response from these support services is between 3-5 business days.
