Navigator Flyers

Welcome to the Kinship Flyers page! We offer printable flyers describing the Navigator’s services, in two different formats. The first flyer is geared toward the kinship caregiver, and provides pertinent information in an easy to read manner. It is also a useful tool to post in an office, to spread the word of our services.

The second flyer is geared toward service providers. It also provides basic information on our program, but goes into greater detail to give the service provider the bigger picture when referring clients to our services.

The last publication is our poster, which is the flyer geared toward caregivers blown up to an 11x17 format. Please feel free to print out as many copies as you desire! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
