Southern Tier Legal Services, provides free civil legal services to low-income residents of Steuben, Allegany, Cattaraugus and Chautauqua Counties. STLS provides legal advice and representation to low-income clients on the areas of public benefits, housing, family (for victims of domestic violence), health, education and consumer law. STLS has three offices.
