Grandparents Raising Grandchildren of Oswego is a support group that meets the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month at Families with Attention Deficit Disorder (FADD) House at 98 East Bridge Street Oswego. The group is supported by a stipend from Office of Mental Health in Syracuse. Initially, the main focus of the group was to support grandparents raising grandchildren with special needs, but now has expanded to include all families.
