Legal Aid Society of Mid-New York to provide people living in thirteen counties in the central New York region with improved civil legal services from a centralized intake system using voice over-IP technology. The intake unit will now easily handle emergency and brief service cases, referring in-depth service cases to the appropriate advocate or in-house staff of LASMNY.

Legal Assistance of the Finger Lakes (LAFL) was established in 1978 to provide access to the justice system to low-income people and other vulnerable populations with civil legal problems. LAFL is affiliated with Legal Assistance of Western New York and serves qualified clients in five rural upstate New York counties - Livingston, Ontario, Seneca, Wayne and Yates.
