Legal Aid Society of Mid-New York to provide people living in thirteen counties in the central New York region with improved civil legal services from a centralized intake system using voice over-IP technology. The intake unit will now easily handle emergency and brief service cases, referring in-depth service cases to the appropriate advocate or in-house staff of LASMNY.

Legal Aid Society of Northeastern New York to provide funding for the Children's Law Project whereby more than fifty low-income children with disabilities will receive free direct legal services and 100 parents, children or human services agencies staff will receive legal education on the rights of children with disabilities.
