The Kinship Caregiver program offers information and referral, support groups, respite, financial assistance, advocacy, parenting education programs, and family activities through our network of Family Resource Centers in Clinton and Franklin Counties. This includes Family Connections in Plattsburgh, Families ‘R’ Us in Malone and Family Matters in Tupper Lake .

Legal Aid Society of Northeastern New York to provide funding for the Children's Law Project whereby more than fifty low-income children with disabilities will receive free direct legal services and 100 parents, children or human services agencies staff will receive legal education on the rights of children with disabilities.
