Catholic Charities of Columbia and Greene Counties’ Kinship Caregiver Program is committed to providing support for relatives acting as surrogate parents for minor children. We provide case management, information and referral services, parenting education, support and education groups and some family activities throughout the year.  This program is available to caregivers in Columbia, Greene and Schoharie Counties.
