A program committed to creating a community for relatives caring for other family members’ children and to provide stability and a positive outlook for the future.  Services Include: Individualized support, information & referral assistance, support & education groups, intergenerational social activities, and a monthly newsletter. Available to caregivers in Columbia and Greene counties.
