Advocacy, energy assistance (HEAP), The Health Insurance, Information, Counseling and Assistance Program (HIICAP) provides help with Medicare, Medicare Advantage, prescription drug, EPIC, supplemental and long-term care policy decisions and problems, information and referral, legal counsel, service and activities coordination, transportation. Also provides workshops for kinship caregivers on a regular basis.
