The Allegany County Office for the Aging provides expert information and assistance to older individuals and their caregivers to maintain dignity, respect and independence. Training professionals provide information on a wide range of topics. If you need a referral to the right community resources, we'll make it for you. Assistance is provided to people who need help cutting through the red tape. Ask about: Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, insurance counseling, insurance claims processing, community resources, employment, legal services, NYS EPIC Program, Senior Clubs, Senior Housing, Training Programs, and Elder Abuse.
