Provides group and home-based services focusing on counseling, skill development, and therapeutic recreation. Social Work Services include: Individual and family counseling assessment and linkage to community based services. Support Groups services offer facilitated support groups for kinship caregivers and youth providing encouragement, educational information and emotional support. Social and Recreational Activities include picnics, holiday gatherings, community events. Respite services include school vacation respite activities, summer camp scholarships, weekend family camping. Available to caregivers in Albany, Schenectady, and Rensselaer counties.
