Welcome to County Resource and County Guides Section of the NYS Kinship Navigator.
Our County Resources allow kinship caregivers to find resources specific to the county they reside in. Each county displays kinship, legal, aging, youth, and any other services that are available in that county, along with program descriptions and contact information.
Click on a particular county to learn what services particular to kinship caregivers are in your community.
We also offer printed County Guides. We can mail you a county guide or you can print your own. To print a county guide: Click on County Guide Part I. You can download and print Part I and then download and print your County Resources. Together these two parts are a local County Guide!
